Britney Spears Doesn't Want Sam Lutfi In Her Life

Britney Spears's restraining order against one-time pal Sam Lutfi may have been temporary, but their friendship is permanently over.



The pop star's court-appointed attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, told the Associated Press that he will not seek to extend the restraining order in court on Thursday – because Spears has cut all ties with Lutfi anyway.

"Britney has made clear to everyone," Ingham said, "that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future."

Lutfi has been out of Spears's life since February, when her father, Jamie, was granted legal control of her affairs as temporary conservator. (At the time, Britney's mother, Lynne, accused Lutfi of drugging the singer.)

According to Ingham, the restraining order is no longer necessary because Jamie can legally control whom Britney, 26, sees: "During the temporary conservatorship, the conservators have the power to insure that Lutfi will not harm Britney anymore."

Lutfi, it seems, will abide by the Spears family's wishes. He said in his own statement to the AP, "Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time."

Ingham added that once Britney regains control of her life, she will continue to keep Lutfi out of it. "If Mr. Lutfi makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded," he said, "Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action."

Lawyers for Jamie Spears are expected in court Thursday for a review of the conservatorship.

Rebecca Romijn and her husband, Jerry O'Connell, are expecting twins, their rep confirms to people.



The babies are due this winter. A source tells people that both babies will be girls. The twins were conceived without the help of in vitro fertilization or the fertility drug Clomid, a source close to the couple also says.

The parents-to-be were married July 15, 2007, in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles. He had proposed to her during a September 2005 trip to New York, a full year after they were first spotted together in L.A., taking in an Al Green concert and checking out a local deli.

Ugly Betty's Romijn, 35, recently told Self magazine she hoped to be "lucky enough" to have kids.

And just a little more than a week ago, O'Connell, 34, told people, "We're trying to get pregnant."

"It would be amazing if it happened," he said, adding that practicing has been "a lot of fun."

Tall, dark, likes Coldplay and plays the guitar: If these descriptors apply to you and you're 17 or younger, Miley Cyrus may want to date you.

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show, the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star admits she would ideally date a "16-year-old Chris Martin," but that her mother never approves of her boyfriends.

"She doesn't like my taste in guys," Cyrus says. "She says I have terrible taste."

Cyrus also addresses the alleged feud with fellow tween-queen Selena Gomez. Months ago, Cyrus and BFF Mandy Jiroux, 20, put up a YouTube video in which they dress up as and mock Gomez, 16, and Gomez's friend Demi Lovato.

"We just thought it was funny," Cyrus tells Seacrest. "I felt bad, we didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. We didn't mean for it to be hurtful."

Cyrus has previously apologized for the video, though she says she hasn't spoken with Gomez about it. In an interview with Popstar!, she says she's "supersorry" but also implies her fellow Disney Channel star ought to view the Cyrus-Jiroux YouTube video as a compliment.

"Elvis says imitation's the greatest form of flattery," Cyrus says.

Far from writing her own novels, Miss Price - better known as Jordan - instead reveals she merely thinks up the plot - leaving the complex task of conjuring up the golden prose to an assistant.

"I don't have time to do that. I say how I want the storyline to be, each chapter is done, I read through it change it and then it goes away to be written.

"So I'm not going to sit here and say I write it word by word because I'd be lying. I actually say how I want the story and that's how it happens."



So far Miss Price, 30, has written three novels. Her first book, Angel, sold 300,000 copies in the first six weeks when it was released two years ago.

Her second ghost-written novel, Crystal, sold 160,000 copies in the first three months and stormed straight to the top of the hardback best-sellers list.

It even sold better than Andrew Marr's History of Britain.

Her latest novel Angel Uncovered has been billed by her publishing company as 'an explosive and highly charged tale of love, lies and celebrities'.

The synopsis bears a striking similarity to her own life. It revolves around fictional WAG Angel Summer who is 'married to the love of her life, sexy footballer Cal, they have a beautiful baby girl and Angel is Britain's top glamour model'.

"I’m in this celebrity life with the magazines so I wanted to bring out a book which, you know, sort of is like what you read," she added in the interview with Virgin Radio.

"It’s all about now, what you read with the WAGs, the arguments, what happened behind the scenes. Not that I know but things that I hear.

"I’m not saying it’s a true story but you can read it and people go ‘actually Kate’s done similar or has she done that’.

"I’ve made the book like where people question ‘do you reckon that’s really happened or hasn’t it?’ I’ve been quite clever.

"Honestly I just enjoy doing them and the others have been successful and I just know it’s a good read."

The long-running legal saga involving the escape of Janet Jackson’s right breast during the halftime show of the 2004 Super Bowl has apparently come to an end as a federal appeals court today tossed out the $550,000 indecency fine against CBS Corp.

In its ruling, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the Federal Communications Commission “acted arbitrarily and capriciously” when it issued the pricey penalty against the network for the boob slippage.

For those who’ve enjoyed the underside of their rock for the past four years, the brouhaha began when 90 million viewer were treated to a glance of the “Nasty” singer’s goods during a duet with Justin Timberlake.

While crooning, “Gonna have you naked by the end of this song,” Timberlake yanked off Jackson’s bustier, revealing her strategically placed nipple shield in what became a made-for-TiVo moment.

The move upset several conservative watchdogs, including the powerful Parents Television Council, which lobbied the FCC and demanded a big fine—even though broadcaster CBS, Jackson and Timberlake said the incident was accidental, with Timberlake famously referring to it as a “wardrobe malfunction.”

But the FCC wasn’t buying it and slapped the network and its affiliates with the monster fine.

But in today’s decision, the three-judge appellate panel ruled that the FCC had overreacted and ignored its 30-year practice of only fining for indecent programming that is “pervasive as to amount to ’shock treatment’ for the audience.” Nipplegate didn’t fit the bill, the justice’s ruled.

“Like any agency, the FCC may change its policies without judicial second-guessing,” the court said. “But it cannot change a well-established course of action without supplying notice of and a reasoned explanation for its policy departure.”

The panel also said CBS shouldn’t be held financially accountable for the singers’ actions because they weren’t network staffers. “The FCC cannot impose liability on CBS for the acts of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, independent contractors hired for the limited purposes of the halftime show.”

Following the ruling, CBS said it hoped the FCC would “return to the policy of restrained indecency enforcement it followed for decades.”

“This is an important win for the entire broadcasting industry because it recognizes that there are rare instances, particularly during live programming, when it may not be possible to block unfortunate fleeting material, despite best efforts,” the network said.

No immediate comment from the FCC, Jackson or Timberlake—but the Parents Television Council was predictably infuriated.

“Once again, a three-judge panel has hijacked the will of the American people,” said Tim Winter, president of the PTC. “While we are not surprised that the legal venue hand-picked by CBS would rule in favor of the network, the court’s opinion goes beyond judicial activism; it borders on judicial stupidity.

“If a striptease during the Super Bowl in front of 90 million people— including millions of children—doesn’t fit the parameters of broadcast indecency, then what does?”

Now Madonna and Guy Ritchie are planning another staged show of unity this side of the pond, I can report.

The 49-year-old singer, who has publicly denied that her seven-year marriage is on the rocks, has agreed to support her husband on the red carpet at the London premiere of his film RocknRolla.

And she plans to be with Guy for his 40th birthday on September 10.

Friends last night insisted the arrangement is little more than a publicity stunt and say the couple, who have already divided up some of their assets, are still on the rocks.

But Madonna, who is currently based in America, which she wants to make her permanent home, has agreed to return to London in September for the film launch.

She will also be at Guy’s 40th, expected to be an Irish-themed bash at the couple’s Wiltshire home.

‘They have had quite a few rows over whether Madonna should be at the premiere,’ I’m told.

‘She wanted to stay away because she feels that this movie is about Guy, not her, and she is still reeling from Guy’s behaviour at the Cannes Film Festival.

During the premiere of her movie I Am Because We Are, he refused to speak to the Press, and looked like he didn’t want to be there.

‘Madonna has said she will come, but she won’t be doing any interviews on the red carpet and the night won’t be about her.’

A second source close to Madonna, who embarks on her Sticky And Sweet tour in Cardiff on August 23, confirms: ‘Madonna has rearranged her schedule to attend both Guy’s premiere and his birthday. She will be performing at Wembley on September 11 which will allow her time with Guy and the children for his birthday.

‘During the week of Guy’s premiere, she will be in Germany and Rome but both dates will be via London.

‘Guy expects her to be at the premiere. He has put so much into this project. RocknRolla is actually named after their children Rocco and Lola.’

Meanwhile, Madonna is doing nothing to quash rumours about her budding friendship with American baseball star Alex Rodriguez and is helping him look for a New York apartment.

‘Madonna knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to looking for a bargain – so she’s more than happy to help Alex find a place of his own,’ says my spy.

Angelina Leaves Hospital with Newborn Twins

Angelina Jolie and her twins left the hospital early Saturday – a week since she gave birth to Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.



"Angelina Jolie left the Clinic Santa Maria of Fondation Lenval early in the morning of July 19th," hospital rep Nadine Bauer confirmed to people. "The mother and babies are doing very well."

There were only a few journalists camped outside the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, early Saturday morning but even they didn't know for sure when Jolie slipped out of the hospital with her twins at 4 a.m. local time.

Jolie and the newest Jolie-Pitts left Lenval to join their excited siblings – Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2 – at Chateau Miraval, the enormous and luxurious chateau in Correns, France, that Jolie and partner Brad Pitt rented in May.

"We saw the cars and we thought it was her but we didn't see anything," one observer said.

Photographers had been stationed on nearby roofs of the hospital, hoping that Jolie would leave as she had arrived nearly three weeks ago – by helicopter.

Bauer added Saturday that hospital staff wanted to thank their own personnel for the attention and care they gave the Jolie-Pitt family. She also released a statement from the hospital, which thanked "those journalists around the hospital who did their best to respect their privacy."

SECRET GETAWAY
Jolie's departure began at about 3:50 a.m. when, according to an eyewitness, a grey Volkswagen minibus with darkened windows arrived outside the hospital on its Promenade des Anglais.

"There was a sudden spray of light out of the hospital's garage way and then four or five people came out of that through a rear doorway," the witness said. "They stood behind the hospital in a small courtyard in the dark."

The courtyard entrance, a gated area for emergency access has been closed during Jolie's stay, "was suddenly opened by someone who was waiting in the bus stop beside the hospital," the witness said. "This group of people got into the van, very quickly. . . . It was all done in a hurry. And they were very quick organizing themselves inside. Very rapid. And then 'Pouf!' they were gone.

"With all the press attention around them, a constant watch on the front of the hospital, they managed to leave so quickly, my hat's off to them," the witness added.

At 9 a.m., Dr. Michel Sussmann, who delivered the twins by Cesarean section on July 12, confirmed the family's departure, telling reporters, "You can go home. The story is over."

Added Bauer: "We enjoyed having her and her family here very much."

Britney to Pay K-Fed $20,000 in Child Support

Britney Spears's custody settlement with her ex Kevin Federline, in which he retained sole custody of the couple's two sons, came at a price.

A source close to the singer confirms she'll now pay Federline $20,000 a month in child support, an increase from $15,000.

Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also demanded and received $250,000 for his work on the case, the source adds.

"All Britney was seeking was a formalization of her increased visitation that she's obtained over recent weeks, and the additional overnight," the source said. "She won both of those requests."

Spears, who is represented by lawyer Laura Wasser, currently sees her sons twice a week with one overnight. The source adds that she will get an additional overnight by year's end, barring any setbacks.

At a press conference following Friday's hearing, Kaplan declined to address any monetary settlement. "This has been a long ordeal [for Kevin]," Kaplan said, "and for it to be over makes him very happy."

Khloe Kardashian Sentenced to Three Days in Jail

Khloe Kardashian, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters, has been sentenced to three days in Los Angeles County jail for violating probation following a DUI arrest.



“She admitted to failing to complete [roadside cleanup duty] and enroll in an alcohol education class,” said L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan on Monday.

Kardashian, 24, has until July 18 to begin serving her sentence. She was sentenced on July 3.

“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep tells people.

Kardashian, who appeared in E!’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, was arrested for DUI in March 2007, and was sentenced to three years probation.

Over the weekend, Kardashian showed no obvious signs of worry about her upcoming jail term, as she attended a party at the Project Beach House in Malibu with her mother and sister Kourtney.

“Khloe actually looked great, really relaxed and having a good time,” says a partygoer at Sunday’s Lia Sophia Clambake. “[She] didn’t look like she had a care in the world and even got a massage.”

Bonjour! Jolie-Pitt Twins Are the Talk of Nice

Just hours after he cut the umbilical cords of his newborn twins, Brad Pitt welcomed the mayor of Nice and told him, “I’m the happiest father ever.”

In fact, the proud papa kept repeating the phrase over and over again, Mayor Christian Estrosi – who visited Pitt and Angelina Jolie in their hospital room – told the local newspaper Nice-Matin.

The twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, were born Saturday and the mayor came by the next day to sign their birth certificates.

According to the paper, the babies spent Saturday night in Jolie’s room and she took care of them by herself.

The actress’s obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, also said that Knox and Vivienne – who weighed in at 5.03 and 5 lbs., respectively – are in excellent health, but they do need to gain some weight. He told Nice-Matin that Jolie may remain at the hospital another six or seven days while the newborns grow.

While the duration of Jolie’s hospital stay remains to be seen, Mayor Estrosi added that Pitt and Jolie have great affection for Nice and the Fondation Lenval hospital, which overlooks the Mediterranean.

“[Brad] told me we chose one of the best hospitals in the world, one of the best doctors, one of the best medical teams,” he told the paper. “And also the most beautiful bay in the world."

Angelina & Brad's Twins Are Born

Brad Pitt was at Angelina Jolie's side as she gave birth to a son and daughter Saturday at the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, people has confirmed.



"The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly," Dr. Michael Sussmann told people Sunday. "Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well."

Sussmann confirmed the Nice Matin newspaper report that Jolie gave birth to a boy, Knox Leon, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline, by Cesarean section on Saturday night. Knox weighed 5.03 lbs, and Vivienne 5 lbs.

The twins are the fifth and sixth children for Jolie, 33, and partner Brad Pitt, 44, who are already parents to Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2.

"The mother and father are very, very happy," Sussmann told people.

The doctor told the Associated Press that the Cesarean was moved forward "for medical reasons" so that the babies could be born "in the best conditions." He also said Jolie is expected to stay in the hospital for a few days.

On July 1, Jolie checked in to the Fondation Lenval hospital to await the births. The family has been living in the south of France since this spring.

The distraught father of Amy Winehouse has again voiced his fears about the state of his troubled daughter.

Speaking to Sky- in an interview to be broadcast today- Mitch Winehouse raised his concern about his off the rails daughter, stating that her feared for her life.

In an attempt to help this fragile child, Mitch- a taxi driver from North London- spoke of his anguish at watching his Amy's wild ways.

He said: 'My biggest fear is that she will die.'

'She wouldn't die form a drug overdose- it would be from emphysema, if she didn't check her behaviour- which she has now done.'

The troubled singer was diagnosed with emphysema- an incurable disease that attacks the lungs- after she collapsed two months ago.

Mitch continued to speak of the effects of her condition.

'She's got a serious health problem and she can't carry on like that.

Even one cigarette will cause physical damage to her' he warned.

'Her emphysema meant that anything inhaled into her lungs is going to cause her a lot more damage.'

'I want people to understand - even if they give her one cigarette, they're causing her harm,' he said.

He added: 'She has a small amount of emphysema in the top of one of her lungs.

'It's negligible, but it could lead to something a lot more serious.'

The interview comes after Amy spent another wild night out and was pictured with a mystery substance up her nose.

The star was DJing at a London pub and looked worse for wear but her father spoke of her gallant effort to make a change and her road to recovery.

'Had she carried on (the way she was last summer) she could have been dead within six months.'

He also praised for Amy's husband Blake Fielder-Civil for his effort and attempt at cleaning up his act.

"He has made a good effort in prison, but when he came out he would need to go straight into rehab.

Fielder-Civil is awaiting sentence on charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm on a pub landlord and also perverting the course of justice.

Mr Winehouse said Amy would be taking a break from live performing.

"From 6th September, we're not going to be doing any more work - Amy will be concentrating on writing for the new album.

"She has five contractual gigs between now and then that she has to do. Then she will be relaxing and writing."

Nicole's Roman à Richie Headed to TV

Nicole Richie is preparing to tell the truth—to an extent.

The former Simple Life star exclusively tells E! News that a TV show based on her 2005 coming-of-age novel The Truth About Diamonds is in the works and she's gearing up to be a part of the production.

"I would definitely produce and definitely be in the show," the socialite says, although she stopped short of saying she would play the lead, adding, "I don't know if I need to be the star of this show.

"I've got a lot going on right now."

Richie's thinly veiled memoir tells the story of twentysomething Chloe Parker, who was adopted by a music superstar when she was 7 and as a young adult finds herself running with an elite Hollywood party crowd in between run-ins with the police, tabloid rumors and a stint in rehab.

Throughout, Chloe struggles to maintain her integrity and sobriety as the people she thought she could trust angle to get a piece of her.

"The reserved plaque on the table had 'Rock Royalty' written on it...all of us had connections to the recording industry, which was the glue that held us together. We were less like friends and more like a dysfunctional support group," reads one passage.

When Richie penned the book, she still had a few trials and tribulations to go, such as her breakup with then-fiancé DJ AM and her 2006 DUI bust when she was caught driving on the wrong side of an L.A. freeway.

But Richie has added some much more flattering credits to her résumé since then.

She's still very much in the public eye but has also cofounded, with live-in beau Joel Madden, a charitable foundation to honor their now-7-month-old daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, and she's currently working on her second book.

Alicia Keys to Take On James Bond?

Not exactly.

But I just got word that the songbird is the top contender to sing the title song for the next James Bond flick, Quantum of Solace.

No official announcement has been made, but a source tells me, "I believe Alicia is the winner."

There have been a lot of rumors surrounding the highly coveted spot to belt one out for 007. A gaggle of artists reportedly submitted songs for consideration to producers of the 22nd Bond film, including Beyoncé, Leona Lewis, Duran Duran, Jack White, Duffy and, most recently, Annie Lennox.

Amy Winehouse was the first singer linked to the movie, but she apparently never finished recording her song with über-producer Mark Ronson.

A rep for Keys declined to comment. A rep for the movie said there was "no info" available right now about a potential title song.

The flick, starring Daniel Craig as the silver screen's most famous spy, is scheduled for a November release.

Going Up? Britney Hits the Elevator for Madonna Concert Video

Here's the scoop, bitch.

Cameras started to roll today on the video that Britney Spears is making for Madonna's upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour, which, sources tell E! News, will be the opening video for each show.



The "Are you ready to rumble?!" video, if you will.

The shoot took place today at the Lot in West Hollywood, the former site of Warner Hollywood, United Artists and the Samuel Goldwyn Studios.

An on-set source said that Britney arrived at around 9 a.m. and was holed up in her dressing room by 9:30. The "Toxic" singer didn't start shooting her scenes until noon.

According to our insiders, the planned "short movie" will take place inside an elevator, where seven cameras will be strategically placed to capture the magic. The scene-by-scene breakdown goes like this:

Britney, partially disguised by a gray hoodie, walks into the elevator. As she starts traveling upward, she seems particularly nervous and anxious. The popster starts pacing back and forth. Then she progresses to kicking and smacking the walls, all frantic-like. She screams into one of the cameras. Then she starts climbing the wall, pulls down her hood and, into another camera, says:

"It's Britney, bitch."

Well, at least she shouldn't have trouble remembering her lines.

We're told that the 26-year-old mother of two acted "very professional" throughout and, a day after the shoot was postponed due to technical difficulties, everything seemed to be back on schedule.

Meanwhile, despite rumors that Madonna was going to wing her way West for a quick set visit, the Material Girl stayed put in New York today. According to a witness privy to her comings and goings, she went to her studio this morning and then returned to her Manhattan apartment.

Where, if Madonna weren't used to the current tabloid climate, she would have bolted the door, drawn the shades and pulled the covers over her head.

But she probably just ate lunch.

Maybe because her boyfriend brought sexy back, Jessica Biel is feeling pressure to revitalize something as well.

While sharing her thoughts on the institution of marriage in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar, the '80s-born beauty manages to throw in a little syntax from the '60s.

Kanye: Angry Over Anger-Management Rumors

Now it's Kanye West's turn to do a little booing of his own.

The controversial rapper, who faced a disapproving crowd at last month's Bonnaroo festival, has taken to his blog to lash out at reports that he is about to learn how to keep his often volatile emotions in check...

"I have never had any conversations about anger management," he writes. "If anything, I need anger enhancement!! LOL!"

Not to play armchair analyst here, but by laughing out loud at the notion one needs more rage in his life, isn't that acknowledging that there's way too much there to begin with?

We hope that rhetorical question doesn't make you angry, Kanye. Unless, of course, you want it to.

Will Smith’s Superpowers Still Work

Will Smith did Hancock a solid.

Smith has star-powered the poorly reviewed superhero hybrid to a $66 million opening weekend, and a No. 1 finish, according to Exhibitor Relations estimates today.



WALL-E, last weekend’s champ, stayed strong, grossing another $33.4 million, but finished a distant second.

Hancock goes down as Smith’s seventh straight movie to open No. 1. If you count Shark Tale, the 2004 animated comedy, as a Smith movie, his streak stands at eight straight.

Overall, Hancock has grossed $107.3 million since “previewing” on Tuesday night and “opening” on Wednesday.

Looking strictly at the movie’s first five days, Wednesday-Sunday, Hancock took in $100.4 million, per Box Office Mojo stats, far behind the pace of this summer’s two leading movies, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull ($152 million) and Iron Man ($112.1 million).

Among Smith movies, Hancock becomes his top Fourth of July opener, a testament to the star’s drawing power, yes, but also inflation.

Run the movie math (divide the opening weekend gross by the average ticket price), and the numbers show Independence Day, Smith’s signature Fourth of July hit, sold nearly two million more tickets in its opening weekend in 1996 than Hancock did this weekend.

It’s actually better not to run the movie math. Not if you want to enjoy the holiday weekend to the fullest.

* Where WALL-E remained hot and pushed its two-weekend total to $128.1 million, Angelina Jolie’s Wanted (third place, $20.6 million; $90.8 million overall) cooled off considerably, with business down 60 percent.
* In its third weekend, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, the critically praised Abigail Breslin family film, opened wide and died—a doll-sized $3.6 million (eighth place) off nearly 1,850 screens.
* Speaking of the dearly departed, Mike Myers’ The Love Guru ($1.7 million) dropped out of the Top 10 after just two weekends.
* Looking on the bright side of a big giant bomb, The Love Guru, at $29.3 million overall, is the highest-grossing Justin Timberlake movie of all time. As long as you don’t count Shrek the Third as a Justin Timberlake movie. Which you really shouldn’t.
* The 1990s-nostalgia trip The Wackness, starring Drake & Josh’s Josh Peck, was the star in limited release, grossing $145,064 at six theaters. Its per-screen average of $24,177 was the tops for any movie of the weekend.
* Despite three movies taking in more than $20 million, the Hancock-led Fourth of July was 4 percent smaller than last year’s Transformers-led Fourth of July. The setback set 2008’s overall business once again behind 2007’s.

A Britney Spears insider tells E that Britney and Madonna soon might appear onstage together…sort of.



“She is considering doing a video piece for Madonna’s tour,” says the source. Her video would appear on giant screens onstage. The European leg of the Sticky & Sweet tour starts next month.

The source called a report in London’s Sun newspaper “wrong” in saying that the Material Mom has invited the former Mouseketeer to perform with her and is taking further interest in her comeback.

Jessica Alba Ponders ‘Laid-Back’ Motherhood

New mom Jessica Alba gave birth to her first child, Honor Marie Warren, last month. Now she’s carefully considering how she and husband Cash Warren will influence their daughter.



“Kids’ personalities have so much to do with the parents and their mentality,” the 27-year-old tells Britain’s Sunday Express for their S Magazine. “If you’re very paranoid and uptight and won’t let your child cross the street, they are going to take on that anxiety. If you’re a little more laid-back and make your kids responsible for their actions, you’ll probably have an easier time with them. I guess I’ll find out.”

The actress has also been studying up on children’s health issues.

“I’ve been reading a lot about kids and infections, autism and vaccinations,” adds Alba, who suffered from health problems as a child. “I’ve come to think that perhaps I was a product of my environment or the vaccines or something my mother took when she was pregnant.”

Already, Alba finds that her own eating habits have drastically changed.

“I used to be a just a coffee for breakfast, yogurt for lunch girl,” she tells the magazine. “Now I have to have something every couple of hours. I turn into Satan if I don’t eat.”

Linda Hogan Claims Hulk is Stalking Her

The acrimonious split between the Hogans has gotten even nastier.

Linda Hogan filed court documents on June 30 seeking to prevent her estranged husband from harassing her. In the documents, first reported by TMZ.com, Linda Hogan, 48, claims that Hulk Hogan, 54, "relentlessly and methodically" follows her, "causing her anxiety and fear for her safety at all times." The motion also claims that Hulk "has a history of violence" towards Linda, "and is capable of attacking [her] at any time."

In a statement, David Houston, a lawyer for Hulk (whose real name is Terry Bollea) shot back: "Linda Bollea's allegations are pure fantasy, in line with her recent 911 call that has been widely played in the media.

"On May 22, Linda called 911 claiming Hulk was stalking her, which Hulk vehemently denied. Since November, Terry Bollea has been in Los Angeles working. The limited time that he has spent in Florida has been solely to visit his son and daughter. In addition, he has no history of violence."

The documents are the latest salvo in the contentious divorce. When Linda filed for divorce in November, Hulk learned of the filing from a reporter. The couple has wrangled over assets and traded barbs, although Hogan told PEOPLE last month that he unconditionally loves Linda.

It's been a rough year for the Hogans. In addition to the split, 17-year-old Nick is serving eight months in jail for a felony charge of reckless driving, stemming from an accident that seriously injured family friend John Graziano.
