Is tight-shorted Ronaldo turning into a Wham! boy?

Cristiano Ronaldo has spent weeks working on his tan - and he couldn't be more eager to show if off.

The Manchester United star put his bronzed pins on display in a pair of tiny metallic shorts - his look reminiscent of George Michael in his Wham! heyday.

Wham bam: Cristiano Ronaldo, in LA yesterday, appears to be taking style cues from George Michael circa 1984

The 23-year-old, who was on a shopping spree at Ed Hardy, completed his flashy 80s ensemble with shiny white runners and a pink tee.

It was a rare afternoon outing for Ronaldo, who has spent most days in LA firmly fixed on the sun lounge at his luxury hotel and most nights at popular celebrity haunt Villa.

Out and about: Ronaldo left his sun lounge for a shopping spree at Ed Hardy

Ronaldo has been on the prowl for female companions during his holiday following his split from Spanish model Nereida Gallardo at the beginning of this month.

He has been linked to a string of women, including one brunette who accompanied him back to his hotel room at 2am last week.

He has also been seen flirting by his hotel pool with two bikini-clad girls.

As MailOnline first reported, he spurned the advances of socialite Paris Hilton during a night out at the same Hollywood club.

"She looks better now than she ever has done," her director husband told the 90 gathered guests, according to Britain's The Sun. "I'm so proud. I love her so much." Highlights of the evening, which had people dancing til 3 a.m. included Madonna's daughter Lourdes serenading her on the piano and illusionist David Blaine performing card tricks. Later, as the deejay blasted the singer's greatest hits, she hit the dancefloor with Lourdes and sons Rocco and David. But it was back to business Sunday morning, when the pop star was spotted heading to the gym for her usual daily worko...

Bret Michaels: I Still Love Ambre Lake

Poison frontman Bret Michaels will be looking for Miss Right again when VH1’s Rock of Love Bus starts shooting next month, but future contestants be warned: he’s still not over season 2 winner Ambre Lake. “I still love her,” Michaels told people on his luxury tour bus Tuesday night moments before stepping onstage at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. “I’m not really over her yet. We still hang. She was just out with me a couple days ago and we were having a great time. She’s really got it. I think she’s great.” Season 1 winner Jessica Rickleff dumped the rocker soon after the show ended. In April, Michaels thought he had found love again in 37-year-old Lake. But in July, people reported that they broke up because of their conflicting work schedules. “The reason for destruction of all my relationships is that I’m passionate about being on the road and making music,” he says. “I have great relationships. But the women I date don’t realize that I spend between 6 and ...
