Jade Goody's mother 'overwhelmed' as fans line star's street with floral tributes

Scores of well-wishers lay flowers outside Jade Goody's home today in a public outpouring of grief for the reality star. Jade's devastated mother Jackiey Budden took comfort in the tributes to her daughter, who died following a public battle with cervical cancer in the early hours of Sunday morning. 'Her response to all this would be the same as mine - overwhelmed,' said Ms Budden. 'It just shows how many people really did love her.' The 27-year-old's funeral will take place at a church near her home early next month, a family spokesman said tonight. She will be buried following a service at a church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, on April 4, the spokesman said. The service will be the 'Jade Goody Production' the reality star meticulously planned before her death. One choice the fans won't have at the Kids' Choice Awards on March 28? Voting for Chris Brown. Amid the controversy about Brown's nominations at the fun-loving show – the R&B singer who has been charged with assault and making criminal threats against his girlfriend Rihanna – has decided to withdraw his name from consideration, his spokesperson announced Wednesday.
