Britney Arrives in Louisiana to Be with Pregnant Jamie Lynn



Britney Spears is at home in Kentwood, La., to be on hand when her sister Jamie Lynn gives birth, people confirms.



After taking an early morning commercial flight from LAX, the singer, 26, touched down in New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon with her father, Jamie, 55, her brother, Bryan, 31, and her assistant, Brett.

The Spears clan then headed home to the Spears family Serenity mansion in Kentwood. Their arrival comes just before Jamie Lynn, 17, is expected to give birth.

In anticipation of the youngest Spears's imminent delivery, Jamie Lynn has been preparing her nursery – with its pink, brown and "silver-green" color scheme – and buying furniture with her mother, Lynne, 53.

Sopranos Star James Gandolfini Gets Married

James Gandolfini and fiancée Deborah Lin tied the knot Saturday in her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii, a wedding guest confirms to people. "There was a nice big kiss at the end with both hands on the cheeks" as The Sopranos star and Lin officially became husband and wife, the guest tells people. "They looked great." As a group of their closest friends and family looked on, Gandolfini, 46, and Lin, a former model, 40, exchanged their vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by white lilies and rhododendrons adorning every pew held at Central Union Church. Amid the controversy about Brown's nominations at the fun-loving show – the R&B singer who has been charged with assault and making criminal threats against his girlfriend Rihanna – has decided to withdraw his name from consideration, his spokesperson announced Wednesday.
