Sunday Rose Urban may be just one-month-old, but the daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban is already a globetrotter.
Tightly swaddled in blankets and carried by her mother, baby Sunday, who was born July 7 in Nashville, arrived in her parents' native Australia Wednesday night local time, according to Sydney's Daily Telegraph.
The family arrived at the Kingsford Smith Air Base in Sydney, where they were greeted by throngs of media outside and had to make their way to the Kidman's seaside home with the help of decoy cars.
The trip marks the first time her maternal grandfather, Dr. Anthony Kidman, has met his granddaughter, The Daily Telegraph reported, adding that the baby's arrival is especially exciting for Kidman's young nieces and nephews who have been waiting to meet their cousin since her birth.
But as excited as her Aussie clan is to meet Sunday, the trip isn't merely a family reunion: it will also be work for Kidman.
The actress, who has gotten her pre-pregnancy body back in record time, will be shooting additional scenes and doing voice dubbing for the epic feature Australia, which costars Hugh Jackman. The film's director, Baz Luhrmann, was believed to be among the entourage that greeted Kidman and Urban upon their arrival.
